So the other day I posted about how wonderful my husband is....this is completely true, but I'm kinda wanted to brag about myself right now....well, my baking skills at least.
Because my hubby is so sweet, I wanted to do something nice for him. Since he can't have chocolate, sadly, I am stuck with vanilla flavored whatever to make for him. I made him delicious vanilla cupcakes with a marshmallow meringue frosting! I have never made meringue of any kind and boy howdy! I was tasty and pretty! Just a small token of appreciation sent to my love from me!
